Book an appointment with our sleep specialist to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors contributing to sleep apnea or snoring. We’ll determine whether further testing is needed.
We’ll arrange a home sleep test or an in-clinic polysomnography to monitor your breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and sleep quality — helping us pinpoint the severity of the issue.
Based on your results, we’ll recommend the best course of action — from lifestyle adjustments and CPAP therapy to oral appliances or minor procedures — tailored to improve your breathing and sleep.
Your journey doesn’t stop after treatment starts! We’ll schedule follow-ups to monitor your progress, make adjustments if needed, and ensure you’re getting the restful, quiet sleep you deserve.

Hygiene treatment aims to prevent problems from occurring rather than simply fixing things when they go wrong. We recommend regular dental visits for examinations and hygiene treatments to ensure your mouth, teeth and gums remain in great condition.
Dental Hygienists have both clinical and health promotional responsibilities. Clinically they help to treat and prevent periodontal (gum) disease by scaling and polishing teeth; they can take dental radiographs and undertake monitoring and screening procedures. Dental Hygienists are also permitted to apply topical fluorides and fissure sealants in order to reduce dental caries (tooth decay).
Their Health Promotional role includes motivating and encouraging individuals and groups in oral health practices including oral hygiene and diet advice.
We have 3 Packages which are above. Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Each Package is specially designed to give you the best hygiene experience for your needs. If you are unsure what is best for you, check the table above or give us a call. We will happly help you choose the best option for you

Gum disease affects the gums, bone and ligaments that support your teeth. These structures are the foundations which enable you to keep your teeth for life, but they can be damaged by bacterial infection. If this is if left untreated it can progress into a more serious condition, called periodontitis.
Simple steps like brushing twice a day, flossing, and having a thorough periodontal evaluation from your dentist at least once a year can help detect and prevent gum disease.
Typically, gum disease does not cause pain until it’s in an advanced stage, at which point much of the damage has been done and tooth support destroyed. That's why its important you visit us for regular dental check-ups so we diagnose, treat and manage your overall oral healthcare needs.
